Restaurant Fellmannia is everyone’s home. Founder Janne Nurminen was born in the restaurant and has been successful in the restaurant business both nationally and internationally. Janne’s 30-year career culminated in the opening of his first full-service restaurant and catering business in Finland in spring 2024 in Lahti’s partner restaurant Fellmannia. His long career has also included more than 15 years of restaurant entrepreneurship abroad.

Janne’s core team includes chef Jukka Nieminen and Tero MartinPelto.

They share a common passion for producing a variety of tasty delights across regional borders.

At Fellmannia, tasty lunches are lovingly passed down from generation to generation, and the food is handcrafted daily from local ingredients. The atmosphere is like joining one big family for a moment of togetherness in homely surroundings by steaming ponds.
